Another beautiful weekend on tap so there is no excuse to not get out and support local live Blues music!
Saturday night the Jason King Band will be at the 3rd St. Bar at 9:30.
Sunday between 4:30 and 8pm The Hellbusters and the Jason King Band will be doing their final dress rehearsal for the IBC at the Spaghetti Feed Fundraiser at The Underground, 555 E. Fourth St. This will be your last opportunity to help them out with 5 nights of hotel ($800.00) and meals. Spaghetti will be provided so sides such as bread, salad and dessert are potluck. In addition to entertainment and food there will be games you can play with the proceeds going to the musicians. Lets make this a PARTY! Mardi Gras is fast approaching and this year Blues powerhouse Sista Monica will headline the RBS event on Saturday Feb 18th in the Ramada Ballroom. Blue Haven will open the show at 7:30. Tickets can be purchased at the above mentioned fundraiser as well as Prism Magic in Sparks, Recycled Records and The Melting Pot World Emporium in Reno and the Bead Store in Carson City and at www.renoblues.org.
